initiative in 2009-2010
The second in a series of Member Forums bringing together the leaders of the companies that make up WTA's global membership: teleport operators, satellite carriers, technology manufacturers and systems integrators. The Forum will focus on how operators of teleports can reduce their costs and improve sustainability by boosting the energy efficiency of their operations and facilities. Through presentations and discussions with energy experts and teleport executives, attendees will gain an understanding of the issue’s importance, learn about best practices, and begin to develop a strategy for continuous improvement in costs, sustainability and reliability.
