Terrestrial Connectivity

a.       What redundant routing of terrestrial connectivity is used?

b.       What terrestrial connectivity capacity/sizes are available in the facility?

c.       Does your terrestrial provider provide you access to a sonnet ring?

d.      If a teleport provides terrestrial transport, are SLAs offered to your customer?

e.       How many terrestrial service providers are available (including your own)?

f.        Which technologies are used for transport (e.g., MPLS, Ethernet)?
g.       Is the teleport connected to any major carrier neutral POP data centers?
h.       Are your customers able to order their own circuits to the teleport?
i.        What type of conditional access and encryption are available on site for the broadcast?
j.        Media Providers:
          1)     How many types of modulation can you receive?  For example, APSK32, 16PSK, QPSK, BPSK, etc.
          2)     How many types of formats can you receive?  For example, MPEG2, MPEG4, JPEG2K, 1080i/59.4, 1080p/60, 720p/30, etc.
