–Certification demonstrates TrustComm’s commitment to quality and service for government and enterprise customers–
Stafford, Va., June 4, 2013 – TrustComm Inc., the premier small-business provider of secure COMSATCOM solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), today announced it has implemented a quality-management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.
The ISO certification demonstrates TrustComm’s commitment to providing high-quality, secure satellite solutions to business and government customers worldwide.
From its secure teleport and network operations center (S-NOC) at Ellington Field Base in Houston, TrustComm has successfully deployed a wide range of managed satellite networking solutions to many government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1999. TrustComm recently opened its new corporate headquarters with an expanded executive team and fully redundant S-NOC at the Quantico Corporate Center in Stafford, Virginia.
"This certification is a cornerstone of our ongoing efforts to provide our customers with the highest-quality products and services available,” said TrustComm CEO Bob Roe. "As we expand our facilities, we focus on continuous improvements for customer service – while upholding stringent standards for product quality, efficiency and performance. This focus enables us to provide service and value that outperforms our competition.”
Roe concluded, "In today’s competitive environment, particularly in the small-business sector, companies that are ISO certified have an advantage by demonstrating independent assurance of meeting quality-management standards.”
ISO standards, which are recognized across the globe, are set by the International Organization for Standardization. An ISO certification demonstrates an organization’s ability and consistency in providing products and services that meet or exceed customer satisfaction, performance and regulatory requirements. According to ISO standards, review audits are required each year with a full re-certification once every three years.
