(NYSE: LVLT) today announced that Medical Billing and Management Services (MBMS, LLC), one of the largest radiology billing companies in the U.S., is relying on Level 3's network services to support the growth of its business, to improve communications among its diverse locations and to improve customer response times.
MBMS provides billing services to more than 450 radiologists in the U.S. Level 3's network is interconnecting six of its locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Level 3 also is providing a range of network access and IP-based telephony services that will increase the speed and efficiency of the day-to-day communications among those locations. Level 3 services are enabling MBMS to respond more quickly to its customers' inquiries, to access billing applications more rapidly and to improve call flow among its offices and customers.
